Dropful is a flat $39/month subscription. You can cancel any time from Plans & Billing — no long-term contracts, no cancellation fees.
Refund Window
If you cancel within 7 days of your first paid charge, we will refund that charge in full — no questions asked. Email billing@dropful.co from the account email address.
Recurring Charges
After the initial 7-day refund window, subscription fees are non-refundable. You can cancel anytime from Plans & Billing; your access will remain until the end of the current billing period.
Chargebacks
Please contact us before filing a chargeback — we resolve almost all disputes within 24 hours.
